Service is good, room is clean and big enough to stay longer with 3 persons. From 7am on the noise from the supermarket right in front of the hotel makes it unimpossible to sleep longer - if you're that kind of person who loves to do so. The location is perfect for a visit of the October fest. And for an acceptable price during that time.

It is close to the train station but the area isn't pleasant. It wasn't safe as everyone one could enter the hostel and take the elevator to the rooms (no swipe card to enter and the reception is hidden from the entrance). Our window overlooked the market below and is was noisy with people talking loud day and night. Moreover we had a big machine noice coming from above that made it hard to fall asleep and woke us up early in the morning.
But the reception was ok, and the rooms were clean. We just regretted that they weren't much cups of coffee, only one spoon and not even a wooden spoon to cook properly.

Nice little 3 star hotel. Really nice service. Our room was clean and spacious, which is great if you travel with 2 small kids. Price was really cheap and breakfast was nice.

Nice clean rooms. Staff very friendly. Good price and convenient location. Not right in the city center but very close. Breakfast isn't anything fancy but it is good food and a nice variety. Overall a nice place to stay.

Excelent hotel for the price. Rooms have kitchen and contrary to some reviews I did not find them noisy (I sleep light and my room was in front of the market). Good service and excelent breakfast. The location is great, near to the central station and close to downtown; the neighborhood, however, is not so good. Nonetheless, I would certainly go back.

OK hotel in a not-so-nice neighborhood in Munich but the price is good and they provide a great breakfast with lots of choices. The plus point the rooms have a kitchenette; our one sadly had a non-functional microwave. Overall, value for money and close to the main station.

Great price in a convenient location. Things to keep in mind: it's in the middle of the Turkish neighbourhood behind a supermarket, loud during the day but surprisingly quiet at night, entrance to the hotel is inside the courtyard. The rooms are basic but big with a kitchenette. My room's kitchen faucet needed a little repair and there were 2 microwaves so I can only assume one was broken. The folks at reception are very nice, and helped me translate some German emails.

The neighbourhood has lots of cafes, grocery store, and sweet shops with really good baklava. Less than 10mins from pedestrian shopping area that leads over the Karlsplatz and Marienplatz/centre of tourist area. It's not a hotel for a romantic getaway but don't be intimidated by the ethnic neighbourhood and you'll find this a very economical and practical place to stay. I really enjoyed staying in this area.
