Poor service. My family got to this hotel around 9:30-10pm after traveling long distance. It was 3 of us. When we booked we picked room with a sofa for a 3d person. When we checked in we found room with 2 single beds. Front desk girl brought us extra single bed, which was ridiculous in that tiny room. She said that was our fault cause we selected 2 guests (that was a lie, in confirmation we even had pic of the room with sofa). While we were trying to discuss our problem, girl told us twice - you can go look for something else! Really???! I told girl that I am going to see Manager tomorrow, she replied - do it, maybe you can go look for another hotel too!
It gets “better”! Next day we went to see a manager, the most issue we had was rude front desk. Guess what Management told us? That she gave us an exceptional customer service and that it’s normal in their hotel to tell people to go look for something else. She also told me that she read my review online and she was mad at me for that. She refused even to listen to us because I left my review.
I am sorry, but why this business is still open if they don’t care about their guests?
I will tell all my friends and all famous bloggers to tell the world about this poor customer service!
