Great hotel with a friendly feel. They allowed us to check in early, we got to know the evening staff member Marie and she was awesome. All the staff was so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious, so much to choose from. The Biergarten on property was lovely and food was good, service there was great too. There was always fruit infused water, chocolate squares and gummy bears waiting for you when you are in the lobby and a nice bar in the lobby too. The hotel was in a quiet suburb so that part was tough if we wanted to do something close to the hotel but it was only about a 7-10 minute walk to the train station. Very convenient. Good burger place and gelato place across the street. Definitely recommend it. *Be aware when we booked it online it is advertised that there is air conditioning, there is not as Americans know it to be. It is a cooling system but it is strictly set to almost the temperature outside so it was not much of a cooling relief on the really hot days, but don't let that stop you. We would stay there again for sure.

A beautiful hotel. Charming. Very nice breakfast. Nice rooms. 10 minute walk from the S bahn station that connects you easily to Munich, but it's in a smaller and quieter suburb town, which is very nice.

Very unfriendly staff behaved very rude. None of my genuine expectations were met. As a hotel, I expect them to replace towels and linens frequently at least once a week, but I was asked to do it by myself for my stay of close to 3 months. When the windows were dirty after rain and I requested them to clean it, again I was asked to do it by myself, same with clogged drain of the bathroom. I was also referred to as a “king ordering these services” which I consider is basic for a hotel. WiFi was very bad, had a downtime every day and we had to wait for hours to get some support.
Overall a frustrating experience.

This place is very cute. Everything is nice, except the coffee in breakfast could be better.

Unfortunately, Hotels.com has no question specific for coffee, which is so important.

Moderate! Nice rooms, good breakfast! But i had the feeling they were understaffed, also more of a smile would come helpfull! Overall nothing wrong with this place i would recommend it to others!

Really lovely hotel just a shame it's so far outside of Munich. Our bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept in. Wonderful place.

Great hotel! Newly renoveted rooms. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast with a lot of choices. Convenient located, 10 minutes from u-bahn/s-bahn.
