Not the most central hotel, but the 55 bus to the metro makes it an okay trip into the city. The top floor suites with upper floor were great for our family. Service was...slow. not his fault but having one person checking in on a Saturday made it a lengthy process. Parking is available and it's interesting.????

We stayed in the hotel for 7 days, and the bathroom did not get properly cleaned on any of the days. Hairs, nail clippings and dirt stayed on the floor for the whole week and the toilet, shower, the shower's 'aircon' and the mirror were very dirty.
Regarding cleaning overall, not even the bare minimum was done: dirty bedsheets prior to our visit were not changed. The sheets were changed two times during the whole week. The bed was made everyday with the dirty sheets.
The worst thing about the cleaning was the cockroach in the bathroom. We noticed it around day 3, and it proceeded to pop up every now and then for the remaining week. The bug was in the bathroom for multiple days.
The staff at the reception wasn't rude, but they definitely did not seem professional or eager to help. I do understand that their job is very stressful and they have a lot on their plates, however basic kindness and hospitality is very much appreciated. Occasionally the staff was fun, when we ordered food and came down to pick it up, they wished us bon appetit!
The minimarket and coffee station was good, especially the self-service payment machine. The minimarket had water, different beverages and chips etc. The hallways were okay in cleanliness, however on one of the days the staircase smelled like rotten fruit.
As many of the other reviews have said, the rooms get extremely hot even with the fan and window open. Yes, the hotel has never said to have airconditioning, but it could be beneficial to 1. mention not having it on booking sites or 2. having it, since this summer and upcoming ones will be very hot.
Overall, the hotel was an okay experience. It was sleepable, the beds were comfortable and there was an okay amount of space for luggage etc. Ostbanhof and Hauptbahnhof were easy to get to, the ride with bus 55 to Ostbahnhof took about 10min and with the Ubahn to Hauptbahnhof maybe around 5-10min. If the cleaning aspect got better, I would maybe consider booking this hotel again. With these conditions, I wouldn't come back.

Good enough to survive the night in. Not the typical business travel hotel you are looking for.

Old furniture, one power socket had no adapter inside ⚡, shower cabin door didn't worked so well.

Right at a bus stop that goes directly to the S or U bahn.Very frequent service,easy to get uptown or airport.Aldi supermarket across the street.Real espresso machine available for free and a great bakery next door.Its an older,we'll maintained building with large windows that open for air.No A.C, no ice, no fridge.The walls are a bit thin but the bathrooms are very modern, it's very clean,bedding and towels very nice, comfortable beds rooms much larger than expected.Would return.

Poor location
Good parking facilities
Poor staff : the checking in process went very slow (( despite that there were no other guests at the desk)
Wrong name on the paper, payment slow, ….
Poor hot rooms , toilet with problems and no staff to check it out

Great receptionists! Warm and welcoming. Room size is OK. The toilets... filthy, filthy, filthy! Gross... sad, given it really is affordable with easy to access location

Very basic, but clean. No fridge in the Junior Suite. Receptionist was friendly to store it in the lobby. Good shower.

Tip: the bakery next to the hotel serves breakfast from 06:30 and it's cosier than in the hotel, which is very basic too.
