I stayed here for one night, Aug 6. The service was good, and the tiny room looked nice but was oppressively hot. The website says all rooms have AC, but our AC unit was useless, and I eventually put a fan in the window at 3 AM after being unable to sleep for hours due to the heat. This helped, but, when I'm paying $182 per night, I expect to be comfortable. I'm not sure if all rooms are this hot and uncomfortable, but this was easily one of the worst nights I've spent in a hotel.

Note: Don't be fooled by the term "boutique" hotel - I think it's a euphemism for tiny rooms. Kinda like "character home" just means an old house with dated infrastructure and lots of problems.

The service left much to be desired. The front staff was unhelpful and unaccommodating. The room service did not clean up and replenish tissues. We had to go down and ask ourselves. There was a 2 euro charge for water, which is ridiculous for the price paid. The flush did not work.

The rooms are ok.

Staff is not exactly welcoming. During my stay the Wi-Fi connection in the room was spotty. I reported it to the hotel and they said they could not do anything about it. I ended up getting COVID and had to stay quarantined in the room for 6 days and could barely work or even browse the web due to the bad internet. Really left a sour taste.

Front desk personell are not friendly at all. If you ask airport directions in public transportation they give you wrong information.

Very neat and clean rooms. Toilets were a bit small but not bad. The breakfast was very good. Front desk is very courteous and always willing to assist. We were traveling from Belgium to Italy and stopped in Munich to see a client so we stayed in this hotel for one night only but we liked it and would have stayed for longer if we could. Highly recommend!

Just checked in. Rooms are clean and tidy the hotel staff are very helpful and friendly and will point you in the right direction if you need a little help. I would most definitely recommend this hotel and I would most definitely stay here again Can't wait to explore the city. Its about a 25 minute walk to the town centre and and 9 min to train station. Definitely a 5 star from me and my family. Hope to see you all again

Room was clean enough, seems like it is an older hotel. Staff were very friendly, especially for non-German speaking customers. Breakfast is good. Shower was leaking, very small rooms overall. They put four of us into a double room that was too small, luckily they had an extra room we could purchase for the second night. No A/C which seems to be the norm in Germany.
