Unless you book when popular events are happening in Germany this hotel has all the amenities that make a hotel stay pleasant.
The staff we had while staying we would rate 5 stars; very friendly, helpful, u0026 courteous. They all seem to speak English u0026 German fluently.

Breakfast hours are not enforced to the second which is nice and there are food options to accommodate most dietary preferences; other than organic options.

The hotel rooms are quiet and street noise or noise from other parts of the hotel are not an issue.

What brings the ratings down is the showers. Hot water can run out (forget taking a bath!) u0026 there's no effective way to keep the shower water from spraying outside of the shower unless you duck down into the tub and are careful not to allow water to point more than a couple of inches from the bottom of the tub. It seems like a missing shower door u0026 the one that is present does not provide necessary cover to accommodate showering normally.

Other than that it's a good value for the money and even free parking can be accommodated.

Good location and very pleasant staff. Also, fabulous breakfast. Hotel itself is not much to write home about, smallish rooms and not as spotless as expected it to be. Still, good for a short stay, especially if you need to be within walking distance to Marienplatz.

have been there for the logistics fair and i had a very big, comfortable room, with such a good price. lovely breakfast atmosphere and the customers are treated very well: i enjoyed the service, the owner is really sweet, a good person!

Well located smaller hotel in the center of Munich. Personell is very friendly and overall you can stay satisfied with the price/quality ratio.

Really nice room with Kitchen, kind of like an Extended Stay of America setup. Delicious German style breakfast. Really chill and friendly staff for it being Germany.

Value for money. Although not a modern construction, but the hospitality and the excellent behavior of the staff will make you like this place. Can ready be reached through ubahn or even by foot if coming from central bus station

Friendly staff in a small but welcoming hotel in a private courtyard. Nice breakfasts, and just across the road from the Loewenbraukeller and the Stiegelmaierplatz u-bahn.
