The hotel is well situated! Yes it might not be a serene area outside on the street of the hotel, but we felt very safe during the night and day. In my opinion the location is in walking distance of everything. Good restaurants, transportation and of cause tourist attractions. The staff and owner were certainly very friendly and very attentive! We had a very nice stay. ????

Two night stay.
Employees were really kind but didn't know exactly point where to park with a car, when asked to, which left us with no chance but to wander around Munich at 22 in search of a parking. The hotel is...very modest at best, I would not reccomend it: no air conditioning, no minibar, no safe (!), And the bathroom didn't have anything beside 2 soap dispenser (one in the shower..). The cleaning was okay, but just on the stairs of the hotel we saw a cockroach trying to climb them...
The location is near Oktoberfest location which is good I guess for many, but is located in a really dark (i mean with no light on the street) area and we didn't feel any safe wandering even in the first hours of the evening. Just a few meters away there were junkies and a men laying drunk on the sideway. It was not a good experience.

Good, clean basic hotel for the price. Near the central station. Quiet room.

Fine for a hotel near the train station. The street is a bit dodgy in the evening. Nothing special but okay for a night

Needed a hotel near the central station and this was within walking distance. Decent amenities and service

Only location is good. Don't expect woow. Ordinary rooms.

Good location. Very close to main station and easy to travel by foot. Breakfast is the bomb! Good variety with above average quality and taste. Rooms are tidy and neat with new furniture and hardwood flooring is a big bonus. Very good stay.
