If I could, I would give Gympass -5 stars. There customer service is very very bad. I signed up for a free month/trial month but couldn’t use it for health reasons. One month later they took 60€ out of my account, as apparently I had to cancel the “contract” (doesn’t tell you in any of there emails, you have to read the small written;)). I’ve been in contact with them trying to get my money back for ages as I’m a single mother and 60€ is a lot of money for me, specially in corona times. Even though I’m ill and can’t use the gym and even though my doctor signed a medical certificate that I’m not able to train at all, I’m still not getting my money back. Gympass seems to be a good idea but there customise service is pretty bad.
GYMPASS CONTACTED ME AGAIN AND AT THE END I GOT A REFUND, SO IM QUITE PLEASED WITH THE RESULD. ASWELL I THING THE WHOLE IDEA OF GYMPASS IS A GOOD THING.
