We stayed for 4 nights, the photos in the web are exactly the same with the actual. The cleanliness of the rooms are impeccable!
Another important factor are the location, it is really close to train station and bus stop. Even though located on a busy street, we couldn't hear any noise from outside. With their comfy bed successfully made us sleep like a baby.

They usually provide breakfast, but had to be stopped due to the pandemic, so the health protocol are really good!

Other bonus we had was the warm and friendly staffs.

Overall this place deserve 10/10

Well maintained, fairly priced, good front desk staff. Good quality budget hotel in the Obermenzing area.

Frist time at a boarding house. But great for whole weekend easy walk to the train. and 3 day pass totally worth it. (For Octoberfest). Hotel was good lady was very nice and spoke good English. Definitely booking next visit.

It was horrible! The staff is nice but the owner doesn't care, doesn't help and is unfriendly. We stayed at this place during winter time. The heating did not work and we were freezing the first two days until they gave us an additional heating. We asked immediately after check in at early afternoon to fix it. But it took until next day afternoon for the guy to come and then about two hours to check whether he could fix the central heating or not before bringing the electric heating to our room.
And no excuse at all.
Additionally the walls are very thin so you hear everything what is going on in the corridor or other rooms.
In the last night around 1 or 2 am the central heating started to hammer as crazy. It was a loud metal on metal strike every few seconds which was very loud in our room and the corridor. Since it's not possible to sleep like that I called the service. Guess what the guy said he will fix it tomorrow and hung up the line.

I was very satisfied, tho room has exactly what I needed - simple decent furniture feels like new. I've got windows off the street, so for me it was peaceful stay.

Stuff are extra nice! Rooms with back view are quite, you can't hear the cars outside, but walls are very thin, you can hear absolutely every sound in the hotel (walking, talking, TV from upstairs...)!!!
