Super friendly staff, nice vibe, good coffee. Beware you can only pay in cash…as I only had card, the very nice manager of the café invited me to a cappuccino (they have some sort of arrangement where clients invite other clients…not exactly sure how it works!). First time I see something like this (as it is the first time I have been to this emilo). Great way of having loyal clients!

I’ve recently discovered this coffee which is next to where I live. They really have awesome cakes and the coffee have a great quality as well. Yes you need to order at the bar and get your own coffee and cake by yourself. But at the same time you are not paying for tips or whatsoever. I’ve tried several places around this area, also in Munich. This is truly a good place to get a quality cake and coffee with a reasonable price;)

Mississippi is a great chocolate cake you should definitely try!

Nice coffee place, excellent prices, delicious cakes and sweet bits. Also has coffee beans for sale.
Nussecke is a must!

Happy to have found this place. They have nice cakes and the location is very cosy. The coffee though is not roasters level. It’s good but a bit bitter for the price they ask should be better. Also you cannot pay with card.

Cakes are great but not so happy with the service in here. It's one thing having to order at the bar but you also have to get up from your chair and walk back to the bar to get your cake. The space is so small, it would take the waiter less than 10 seconds. That's poor service in my opinion, especially given the high price tag so I wouldn't recommend, even though the cake selection was great and coffee quite good.
