At the café, I had mediocre and bad shots. From my point of view, their standard beans are roasted to dark given the green beans they used. Additionally, for the second time I visited, the coffee was way overextracted. I also got a kilo of their beans as a gift from a friend. I managed to pull some decent shots. But their roast style did either produce rather boring and dull beans or the raw beans weren’t that great in the first place.
All in all, still much better than many cafés out there. But not that premium.
