We had a great experience in this shop yesterday, they have a wonderful selection of nice chocolates and an analyzing tea selection. I also a good collection of German white wines with them. Maybe I was lucky the lady in the counter was super nice with us and even wrapped the chocolates for gifts beutifully.

Gourmet chocolates, teas, and coffees. Great quality, somewhat pricey, but always have special offers. Chocolates are excellent, but not quite the top quality (or top price) of Elly Seidl a block away, who have the best chocolates I've tasted anywhere in the world.

I think I met the same "long dark brown-hair, thin, senior employee who was completely unhelpful, gave wrong information on its products, rendered horrible customer service and still had the cheek to round up her service with sarcastic remarks" employee as Christophe who is even untrained the way credit cards work. She did not let us pay by card under 20€. But if a shop accepts Visa or Mastercard they are not allowed to have a limit. I will definitely not ever buy anything from Eilles. I will give my money to someone not stuck in the middle ages.

Ich gehe hier jedes Jahr ein paar mal hin um Geschenkkörbe für meine Eltern und Arbeitskollegen kaufen. Die Auswahl ist gut und wenn die bereits vorbereiteten Körbe nicht das richtige sind nehmen sich die Angestellten auch Zeit gemeinsam einen neuen Korb zu befüllen. Dieser wird dann noch schön verpackt und ist kurze Zeit später abholbereit. Wirklich toll wie viel Mühe sich hier noch gegeben wird!
