A really cool place to stop by, even if you aren’t a surfer yourself. I’ve never seen something similar in a park before and watching all the brave surfer hitting the waves ???????? really made me smile ????
To my surprise, it was frequently used by surfers. I passed a few times during my stay in Munich and I did see at least one surfer each time, from early morning to late afternoon ???????? (did never pass during the evening)

I have never seen a surfing activity before in any park! It is very inspiring to watch those courageous enthusiastic surfers while practicing, a must see in München I would recommend to anyone

I was walking down the Munich center in my first day there and saw some guys with surf boards.. I was like.. What?? The puzzle came together as I arrived at this location watching people surfing in the lake. Was awesome!????

I was only an observer but it was fun to watch all of the surfers honing their craft. Definitely worth the walk or ride to check out.
