My experience was really normal, not good, not bad. The coffe is not so good but you can drink it. The personal was friendly with me, but I saw how she treated someone just for saying that they believed that she gave the wrong money back and she was just so disrespectful explaining that she was right that it was upseting!! But the good side is that they have wifi and also very clean place.

Really rude staff. The man was so not willing to be helpful whatsoever. The caffe i got twice the same type (Latte Macchiato) and the taste was so different for each despite the same coffee, what’s up with that?

Also we couldn’t quite sit inside and enjoy because of much too loud music that also was arabic, why that?

Horrible experience.
It doesn’t even deserve one star.
Yesterday, I was trying to buy normal donuts at 2,40/each. I told the woman my order and she told me to choose whichever I want ( even though I said normal donuts )
When I was about to pay, I saw on the screen that it was 4,75/each so I told the cashier that the woman had misunderstood me. He started talking to me in Arabic, when I talked back he switched in German. He was impolite, mean , and sent me away. I just ignored him and tried explaining to someone else my problem which was obvious I need normal donuts not the ones at 4,75.
He told her to ignore me which she did, he even said that here is written donut not allah. As if I was begging.
This garbage person should not be allowed to work at such a shop, my right as a customer was infringed.
I do not recommend this shop who allows workers like this to dare and act that way.

They don't give me my complete change after I paid for their "special offer", coffee at 1.95€. I asked for muy complete change back, but the cashier said that they have no cents to give me and "if it was bad" (!!!) . I didnt make any complaint because I was on a rush, but as I was reading some reviews, it is a common practice in this place. Coffee is not good not bad, next time I will go to another one.

I love dunkin Donuts. The staff changes a lot unfortunately, and the new ones aren't. That nice. They're talking about their private life while they're preparing ur coffee... Not the best but I love how they decorated the place. I love the coffee. I love the donuts.
