Auf weiteres Drängen wurden mir 350€ zurück überwiesen, mit Hinweis, dass ich die restlichen 350€ frühestens 11 Monate nach Auszug erwarten kann, da die Endabrechnung davor nicht gemacht wird. 14 Monate später antwortet Frau Käser mit mittlerweile auf meine E-Mails nicht mehr, auf einen Anruf vor einigen Wochen wurde ich unfreundlich angegangen, dass ich doch das meiste Geld schon hätte und sie sich schon irgendwann darum kümmern werde.

Frau Käser ist äußerst schwer zu erreichen, und über die im Internet zu findende Nummer erreicht man meist im Büro nur Angestellte, die zwar nett sind, aber keinerlei Informationen oder Wissen zu meinen Fragen hatten. Als ich am Telefon sagte, dass ich das Vorgehen unprofessionell finde, bekam ich kurz darauf eine E-Mail mit dem Hinweis dass ich mir solch unverschämte Bemerkungen bitte sparen solle, und man andernfalls rechtlich gegen mich vorgehen müsse. Ich hätte Glück gehabt, dass gerade Weihnachten sei.

Bis heute habe ich den ausstehenden Rest der Kaution nicht erhalten.
UPDATE: ca 17 Monate nach Auszug wurde die Kaution wortlos zurücküberwiesen - ohne Hinweis oder Abrechnung.
