Very good ice creams, not too expensive considering that products are natural. The waitress is very nice, running the place by herself on a sunny afternoon. Well done, thanks ! ☀️????

A nice place to stop for ice cream and shade. We shared a sundae and it was the perfect size for 2 people.

The location is good, but cafe itself is definitely not to recommend
Coffee is too watery, very little ice choice.
Service could be a bit friendlier

We recently visited Munich and tried a few ice-cream places around the city including Binis am Viktualienmarkt. Location of this ice-cream shop is central and very good. Their prices are reasonable and we found their gelato to be ok.

During our visit we tried a cup with three scoops of hazelnut, pistachio and chocolate ice-cream. The texture was soft and fine, the flavours decent but not great. None were preferred to the same flavours taken at the two Ballabeni ice-cream shops in Munich during our trip. Those two had much nicer servings if I'm to be honest.

In the end, we would probably take a pass on this place in the future and save our ice-cream stops for Ballabeni or continue to look for other ice-cream shops around the city.

The ice cream was nothing special, the service was terrible and rude.

There was one person in line behind us and we knew what we wanted, but when I stuttered for a moment while asking about the price of a cone with one scoop vs a cup, the server told us that if we do not know what we want then we shouldn't waste his time and asked the next person to step forward. This person was shocked at how rude the server was and said for us to order first because she wasn't ready. We ordered without wasting any time and left. Not before the server was more rude to my girlfriend.

Learn how to be efficient without being rude to customers who were excited for ice cream. I'm used to service which is fast and not always nice if you aren't ready, but this was not that. This was horrible.

They don' take credit cards, the fat attendant was rude.

Tried lemon and mango. Not bad for an ice cream shop with such a central location.
