First off, the food. My partner and I had been craving something savory that wasn't a giant hunk of meat, and this place delivered. Their pastrami on croissant was so well-constructed: shaved pastrami with a crunch of arugula and a high quality mustard added some welcomed acid and even lingering heat!

The decor of the shop and the food was so different from what we've experienced in Munich so far, so we struck up a conversation with the owners. It immediately became clear that they're extremely passionate about the food they make, and everything down to the choice how slicing their pastrami was done intentionally after visiting famous pastrami shops in the UK and New York.

I promised I'd write them a review because frankly more food like this needs to exist in Germany. They're trying to do something different and everything about visiting this shop reflects that intention, check it out and get some amazing sandwiches and pastries!

It looked absolutely tempting and tasty! I couldn’t help getting pistachio cinnamon roll(4.5€) which is Saturday special, but unfortunately it was too sweet for me as I expected pistachio creme inside but it was just really sweet icing with lemon flavor???? However, it was fresh and has variety of option with a good portion, maybe I might be fond of the other flavor.

Holy moly their pastrami sandwich is is sooo good! Get it on a croissant for the most delectable result, so get there early before they run out. Seriously, the amount of thought that went into the construction of this beautiful sandwich is insane. From the best buttery flaky deliciousness in a croissant that I've found in Munich to the thinly shaved
melt-in-your-mouth pastrami to the crisp crunch of the greens paired with some amazing mustard. Not for nothing, they also cleverly snuck in some matchstick-like style pickles. I'm not even super into pickles, but these add such a nice touch without them falling out all over the place. Bravo! I will be returning to try everything! I've got my eye on those cinnamon rolls ????

This was an absolute delight.
Super duper tasty ! Highly recommend it

Update: tried the nutella bijou twice and I think it would've tasted better if it was fresh from the oven or at least warmed up a bit, because it kinda got dry after some time so better chose the freshly baked ones !

"Love at 1st bite" is how I would call my 1st visit here! The buns are amazing and taste top! Good coffee (illy .. for an occasional coffee drinker like me it's good enough as it's a bun place not a coffee place ????) but done very well with style by Mr barista!
The place is still kind of fresh apparently u0026 seems to be a family business.. they are still learning so dont expect everything to be perfect, but they deserve the 5 for now
