dean&david - fresh to eat

I kind of gave up on Dean u0026 David some time ago. The concept is ok, but I’ve had too many bad experiences with personnel (young, probably underpaid, rude, stressed). And even though they seem to (or should) cater to vegans, I find their options, especially the sandwiches, really lacking. A wrap with some grilled veggies, no hummus: what’s that? Overpriced for what you get. Today I spontaneously decided to go and grab a salad. I paid almost €9 for a small amount of mixed greens, a few edamame beans, a few olives, and some hard pieces of sweet potato. And mind you, I paid separately for all those toppings (even ‘premium’, €3, for the sweet potatoes). It was such a small amount and not tasty at all. That’s a rip-off. Also the personnel was so young and inexperienced. Not rude this time, fortunately. This was the last time at Du0026D for me, really not worth it.

Takeaway salads are made fresh while you wait which means they are not sitting around in the fridge all day getting stale. The salmon and avocado is delicious and comes with a great tasting dressing.

Good salads and curry. A bit pricy for a place without the table service though.

The bowls, salads, bagles, curries, etc are fresh with great quality of ingredients.. as expected.
The staff is friendly and fast.

During lunch (1130 till 1330) it may get very crowded, so if you can - come before or after.

This particular Deanu0026David has one of the best designed eating areas: spacious with a lot of sunlight and - what's important - clean, and an outdoor space. The food ist as usual good, the staff is nice and capable, extra wishes (dressing on the side) were satisfied. ????

The food at this place is fantastic. They offer a variety of different Currys with rice. They also specialise in salads. The ingredients are fresh and the serving is just right for one meal. The place also offers many vegetarian meals.

Not fresh at all but tasty. Serving frozen ingredients that are warmed up as "fresh" is soo ... I can't get how they can thing costumers don't notice it.
