Sitting outside is super hot because there is no shade. There is construction in front of the restaurant so parking will be difficult.
There is no Ethiopian honey wine and no Ethiopian beer.
Portions are small without a variety of items (meat spinach and an egg for the Doro Alicha Wot. The food tastes good, there is just not a lot of it for the price.

I've been here twice and I'll come here again and again. We always take the mixed plate to experience as much of the menu as possible. It's nice how the vegetables and the meat are prepared and the spices are used nicely (no problems with my digestion). The highlight for me is the gluten-free bread which is made fresh every day. The owner and waiter is really kind a nice dialog partner. The majority of the guest are black which proofs for me the authenticity of the food. Check it out by yourself for a new experience.

Food was not that bad, but service was very poor and prices were not adequate. not recommended

The staff are polite, but cannot understand a word of German or English. I had ordered a vegetarian 2 person meal but they gave us meat. When I asked them we didn't order this, the waiter got all confused and took the food back. After awhile we got the food we ordered but one beans dish was spoilt.
All in all there are better restaurants in Munich to eat African cuisine.

Cozy restaurant and (from what I can tell) authentic food. The food was tasty and quite different from what you usually find in other restaurants. Service is nice but slow. Parts of the food were lukewarm (but still delicious) others hot. The place could be cleaner. Prices are fair. I'd go again (mostly for the atmosphere), my wife wouldn't.

Warm reception and accommodating to slight changes in what is offered. The food is very tasty and not as greasy as I have found in other places. A nice choice!
