My last experience with them was just awful. The room was super dusty and triggered a strong alergy reaction in me that lasted for days - the rooms were never pristine clean, but this time it was just unacceptable. Also they weren't able to provice a correctly done invoice. I spent so long begging them to do their job (literally 3 months) that in the end I just gave up. I'm never staying there again.

Very nice cosy hotel, totally renovated, it was a good surprise!

Bed are comfortable, I had a very big TV that had the size of my double bed. We have the choice between 2 pillows, you can find as well hairdryer, chocolates, and a fresh rose.

I gave only 4* because the breakfast could be a bit better. But on overall the price is very good for this accommodation.

I stayed there for a week and it was not the best experience. The room was ok, even though the walls were very dirty. Regarding the cleaning, my room didn't get cleaned for over 3 days, even though I specifically asked in the reception for it. I also requested the soap bottle to be refilled and it was not done in those 3 days. Once they finally "cleaned" the bathroom was still dirty and they didn't replace the hand soap. I think they could do a much better job, but it feels like they just don't care. This hotel has potential, but it needs a better management, and definitely better cleaning staff.

Perfectly accommodating if you need clean, safe, and quaint. Nice cafe. Lovely library with tea to read while waiting for the train. One entrance is 100 meters away. I would stay here again.
