Room was clean and staff were friendly however the bathroom had a plumbing design issue that caused it to smell quite badly.
The hotel is a 5 minute walk from a train station.
Breakfast was a very small buffet not really suited to a busy time of year.
Wifi was great.

It’s a good hotel for a short, budget stay.

We were really satisfied. Only stayed there one night but we would be back! It’s really close to the public transportation the rooms are enough for a short stay and the breakfast was really good. Special thanks to Maria D. who is taking a really good care about their guests in the restaurant ????

I stayed for two nights and the room was extremely comfortable. The housekeeping was very helpful. An Italian fellow named Alessandro who works reception was very nice and welcoming. As a foreigner, it was it was good to have someone such as Alessandro who could tell me more about the city and the German people in general. He provided me with good dinner recommendations and was very hospitable. The workers know decent English as well, so know problems with communication. I found the hotel to be a bit far from the center of the city. However, I enjoyed walking the park nearby and the city in general. One can always take the local S-Bahn in Mittersendling, which is very close to the hotel (maybe 3 minute walk). I will certainly be booking here again next time I find myself in Munich.

¡Important!: the room has a card slot which requires the hotel card to use the electricity. As an American, I have never seen that before and was confused upon my arrival. But as I stated, the housekeeping helped me figure that out.

Very poor service. We will not return. We got to our room and had to ask for a change. The sheets were stained, the bathroom sink spat on, toilet paper on the floor.... They moved us to another room and that same night when we went back to the hotel to sleep, the heating was broken and making an unbearable noise, they moved us back to the same room as the day before. In the morning we leave the hotel, they ask us how the experience was and after complaining they invite us to a coffee as compensation.

Good value for money in Munich. Small but modern and clean. And friendly staff.

This is a budget hotel and if you set your expectations accordingly, it is fairly good value for money. Location is good, close to Mittersendling S bahn station. Rooms are basic but clean.

What I did not like was the strong odor of chlorine or some other chemical in the washroom and also seemingly I could not adjust the room temperature to my liking. It would just not set to what I wanted it to be.

The second day of breakfast was terrible. He was only focusing on cleaning tables, No topping up food and bread( especially croissants) at 8am. Breakfast here is depends on who is the charge. The first day, the woman was topping up food many times. I wish he knew how to cook boiled eggs at least. Dish and calories are dirty. I liked shower room there. Very clean.
