My first time at Cafe Wiener Platz! The place is pleasant and spotless! Lovely view on the Platz! However, I was blown away by the best Americano coffee I ever had! The best site for coffee in Munich and more. For breakfast, I had American eggs, bacon, and a bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon. This was so delicious! All the food looks fantastic! I am coming back for more! Also, excellent customer service and their staff is amazing. :))) Thank you!

Very nice café, even though my German isn't great the friendly waiters made it super easy to order, with the pancakes and ice cream arriving swiftly. I really enjoyed their sweet and savory take on American Pancakes! Will be coming back!

I read someone saying it is so lala and I think this is what also comes to my mind. It is conveniently located to grab a coffee, grab a snack in between appointments, which was our case (and until when it is possible, we don't know) but the charm is missing. The waitresses are not the friendliest but do their job. It's just the food and drinks we ordered didn't come "pimped up" or in other word "prettified". Maybe it is the French and detail-orientation in me that is speaking. For example my friend ordered some French toasts and received plain toast bathed with what is needed but not a generous fluffy brioche nor some colourful fruit to make it visually pleasant. She was already feeling guilty to order it and what came didn't help. I ordered an omelette with bacon and potatoes, it came with a basket of sliced bread and the omelette was a bit too dry to my taste but it was filling. It came with a leaf of parsley on the top which shows an effort of 'prettification' that I noted and appreciated. We came here because we were waiting for the opening of a jewelry store neqrby and we thought that strategically speaking there would be more room in between tables.

I got an 3-egg omelette with fresh herbs and a cappuccino with oat milk. Neither of them was great. Omelette was too dry. The waiter was friendly and a plus for having an oat milk available. The location and interior are pleasant.

One of the few restaurants in Munich that are open till late and on Sundays as well.
I love the ambiance of this place. Service is good, breakfast available all day, and food is tasty.

It is ok for a Sunday breakfast. But make sure you book otherwise you wil find yourself stuck in the back corner.

Portions are very large, but also lacking flavour. Pancakes for example looked delicous when coming out, however tasted a like lumps of dough and impossible to finish. Smaller and lighter might have been better.

Service is slow and a little surly, and that was when it was not even busy (9.30am).

I ordered a perfect soup with beef juice. After that there was a risotto that was not something very special. Strange that there was no menu in English although at such s tourist place .
