????The hotel is located in the very centre of the city, which I thought was a perfect spot. It is very modern, with amazing views of the main square and beautifully designed interior. Very clean rooms and very kind and welcoming staff that made our stay at the hotel very comfortable. Definitely recommend!
????️Public parking available next to the hotel
????It can get quite noisy from the main square, so you can choose a room that faces the other side

When looking for a hotel in Germany we insisted on one with a/c since the weather has been very warm and many hotels do not have air. Beyond charged up to $1000 Euro for one of our nights the air conditioning could not keep up even with mild days and nights. Waking up sweating is not why you pay for a supposed 5 star experience. Another guest from Virginia also complained of the deficient a/c so it was not isolated to our room. If you are going to advertise comfort at premium prices you must deliver!

We also chose Beyond for its location which is excellent thus 2 stars instead of 1.

My spouse and I stayed here to celebrate a special occasion. It has its ups and downs. The decor is sleek and modern. Breakfast is very nice and the views are great as others have pointed out. But service was very inconsistent. We experienced a number of communication problems (I found out about some hotel amenities via reviews rather than hotel staff) and some emails went unanswered. Also, be aware that major events take place on the square -- and they can get loud -- so if your room faces the Rathaus, there's no escaping the noise since the common area also faces it. We learned this the hard way.

A relatively small issue, but the hotel has no lobby whatsoever and occupies a building with several other businesses. It would have been nice to know that in advance for logistical reasons.

We are surprised by the 5-star reviews here. Perhaps this hotel has undergone management changes over the course of the pandemic. Whatever the case, we felt these accommodations were overpriced, and wish we had stayed elsewhere.

Superb boutique hotel in a great location. Our room had floor to ceiling windows which looked out onto Marienplatz and a wonderful view of the city hall.

Small boutique hotel on the 5th floor of the building. It is based on the superb location just facing the tourist attraction square. The rooms are specially designed and large enough with little uncomfortability in the bathroom. Very kind service good food if you decide to eat there. The wine list is not especially good for such wine funs like me. The ones they had by the glass I did not like at all. They have an all day small buffet for free with extremely nice sweets.

Fabulous hotel in an unparalleled location. The Beyond Hotel is situated in the heart of Munich’s Marienplatz. The hotel lobby has large picture windows facing the world famous New City Hall with its iconic glockenspiel. The rooms are spacious (though clothing storage space is too limited) and beautiful with gorgeous views of town. Staff is friendly and helpful and the “full board” is worth all of the champagne and food that’s included.

I enjoyed every minute in this boutique hotel, it has a modern style and friendly stuff and great location and also a professional chef.
