Einen richtig guten Store(-manager) erkennt man eben erst bei der Problembehebung und bei der After-Sell Situation..... Ich bin heute mit einem Hoodie , der leider reklamiert werden musste, zum Belstaff-Store gegangen und mir wurde sehr kulant und sofort geholfen.
Leider hatte ich keine Rechnung dabei und war der Meinung, dass dies im System gespeichert wäre. Was dann erfolgte übertrifft wirklich alles. Statt mir zu sagen " Sie benötigen dafür den Kassenbon" setzte sich der Mitarbeiter sage und schreibe eine halbe Stunde an den Computer und hat den Beleg herausgesucht unter allen Verkäufen. Ich bekam einen neuen Pullover und die Abwicklung war wirklich sagenhaft. 5 Sterne....Bitte weiter so! Vielen Dank.
