I would have given this place a 2 if it wasn’t for the fact that it’s so cheap to go in. It’s a quick
Walk through, but a lot of stairs. Watch the video on the top floor. You’ll learn some kool local history. And a lot of pretty steins to look at. Maybe it’s more fun if you get a beer at the bar when you first walk in.

A small quaint Beer establishment and museum. Very interesting to find out the history. Some table reservations had been maintained for generations where they had their certain tables, on certain days at a specific time! We tried 3 different beers here, the Helles, Dunkel and weiss. My favorite was the weiss. They served 100 ml tasters so it just the perfect amount to try the most famous beers in Munich. We were showen where the beer steins were kept for the regular customers.

The museum is small yet it give you a look into the history of german beer. Please visit with a guide , the museum has a bar that will allow you to try the three major kinds of beer. It a very history building so is good stop. If you are travelling with small children you probably want to skip this spot.

Best if you can read German. Interesting memorabilia and old artifacts from beer-making history and Oktoberfest. The summary signs for each room do have English translations, but not for each item. (I tried using the Google Translate tool with camera, but only had Edge cell connection which wasn’t enough.)

Took about a half hour to go through, but also only cost 4 Euro. No beer included, but does end in a little stub’n that serves beer if you want to buy a drink afterwards.

Good beer experience when in a group. Museum is nice with some interesting 'current events' cartoons at the top.

Screams "tourists trap" because it's 4 Euros to enter and when I stopped by at 1:45 pm, the pub / restaurant was open but not the museum. Seems contrived. Building looks small on the outside and 4 Euros to tour something that two sneezes later it would be over. At least 2 Euros covering the entrance to the Royal tombs makes sense to help maintain the church and the guy watching over the place. What does 4 Euros buy? I assume not much. Total pass.

They museum it self is not that impressive. The cool thing is that it's also a bar. Beer prices very reasonable.
