I often buy here, sometimes several times in a week. Each time I spend 15-30eur here and usually buy multiple items. Today I started to make my order and was interrupted in the middle of my order. The woman switched to the next client because I wanted to buy a lot. I left the shop immediately.
I will go to a different shop for sweets and will avoid this one.
Last time I saw such bad quality of service in the USSR, many years ago.
