The brezel was hard as a rock as if left forgotten for 3 days. The employees had been anything but welcoming and seemed to be wanting to get to rid of us as fast as they could. But the worst part was THE ABSOLUTE LACK OF HYGIENE : there were wasps literally everywhere, just swarming around all baked goods on display.

The place should be improved, location is so great, but choice and quality, atmosphere and service are lower then average. There are always a lot of people, it’s not comfortable to seat inside, too hot and crowded, better for take away. The bakery is good enough, but there are so many wasps around the food. The idea of payment machine is great.

Lovely cafe. We stopped for lunch after visiting Nymphemburg. Lovely sandwiches and quite a good variety on offer. The lady at the counter was lovely and patient while we tried to communicate in our poor German

It was fine, not great, not terrible. The location really wasn't the best to just sit outside and enjoy the view but it's okay for just having a quick coffee.

The best sandwich, the best service! The server was very smily and polite! She gave a 4 pastries for free and they were delicious! I highly recommend this place!

Best pretzels in Munich ???? …and I am not exaggerating: I live in Munich and have tried many different ones ???? prices are a bit higher than somewhere else but the quality is worth it! Also great if you have friends in town to combine a visit of Schloss Nymphenburg with this bakery.
I don’t understand the bad reviews and complainants: it’s a bakery, not a restaurant - AND always super packed so the staff is doing a great job in being friendly and ensuring that you get your stuff in no time.
