Horrible customer service!! I went in today looking for a specific product, the sales assistant was more interested in her mobile then greeting me. When approached she seemed quite annoyed that i ve asked her a question. She was very rude all the way the few minutes i stayed in the shop. I left and bought the product somewhere else.
The lady should stay home if she doesn’t want to deal with customers. Never again.

Was really unlucky with the customer service today and will stick with online shop in the future.

From online shop you get automatically 2 free samples, discount code to apply. Don’t see a reason I should go to this shop again with the service I’ve experienced today.

Sehr nette Dame im Aveda Shop: mir wurde nichts aufgedrängt sondern dass, was ich bestellt habe-verkauft....die Düfte konnte ich netterweise durchprobieren dank der freundlichen AVEDA-Verkäuferin, so dass ich auch noch ein Duftspray mitnahm...und das alles mit 30% Ersparnis, dank "Black Friday"....wunderbar!!!
