3 night stay was horrible. No AC even website noted rooms were w AC - we were told at check-in only some rooms have AC. Temps were mid-80s - 92 so had to leave the window open w fan to get any type of cooling. Room was facing main street w noise from businesses until 3am every night. Also public transportation running on that street also noisy since windows had to stay open because of no AC.
Horrible wifi - never could keep a connection. Never more than one bar. Staff could not offer any solution.
Rooms were small but nice so unless they get AC for all rooms I would not chance staying here during the warmer months.

Good and clean hotel in a convenient location. A short walk to the main train station or one could use the tram. The room was small but not too bad. There is no kettle to make tea. No complementary tea/coffee either. There are a couple of English news channels on tv which was good. The staff were polite and nice. Did not try their buffet breakfast as i thought it was a bit pricey for their offering. The room we got was hot most of the time and the air-conditioning kept defaulting to 25 degrees every hour or so. I had to keep reducing the temperature manually each time to 23 degrees which got really annoying. Tiny fridge but I really didn't have any use with it so it wasn't a concern.

Room was fine. Train is noisy and rumbles room in morning but not too bad. However, I never took my wallet out of my bag during stay and after returning home I've found that $40 US is missing. Again never took wallet out of my bag in my room. Never took cash out to exchange so hotel worker must have stolen it.

On the last leg of my Alps tour, we spent the weekend here in Munchen. The rate published is quite high but we got a great deal thru booking. Com,
The room was clean and tidy and chic. Bathroom n shower was lovely. It takes a bit of walking to reach the lift but it leads up direct to the room. Wifi was awesome and free. Unfortunately i didnt have breakfast here so no comment but their drinks for sale at the counter are decently priced.
Front desk staff are ok but can be improved.
Location is in center of town and a direct walk to Haubhanhof. Most importantly its located in between two major biergartens, which is walking distance!

Great hotel! Clean rooms and bathrooms. Nice staff. Great location. It is close to publish transport and other food places. We stayed here during the peak season in October, so it felt like it was expensive. It may be a different scenario at other times.

Nice hotel, decorated to a high standard and very clean. However, it is right next to a tram line and the trams are quite loud. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars.

Fairly-sized and clean rooms. Simple modern look with TV and wifi. The bathroom was tiny but very clean and neat with fresh towels.
