Tried to buy a white shirt price was about 78 Euros it was worn and dirty on cuffs and asked for a new shirt I was offered a discount for laundering.
I asked again for a white shirt new not used but not in stock in my size except in blue . no effort no apology nothing I really bad service. Will not recommend Eduard Guntl

The staff were friendly and spoke English. I did eventually find a dress for Oktoberfest this year

Very professional staff, high service, my husband bought from head to toe whole look, and with a help of a friendly lady which is working there, he looks like a model.
