Pleasant beer garden with good beer and food. Definitely five star. I had a Raucherlachspfannkuchen and it is the tastiest thing I have eaten in a long time. Would come here again. The service is also friendly which makes it a plus.

The waitress is really unfriendly... I ordered an Alkohol free beer and became one with Alkolol! Told the waitress she insisted, this is an Alkolol free beer as she prepared it herself! The beer had a very bad taste although I know exactly what to expect form this mark of beer didn't want to make a scene and left it without drinking ... Such a shame as the food was ok.

My family and I came here a few days ago. I ordered the schnitzel with fries which was very good and drank a beer which was very good.

Best potato salad in Munich. The prices are average, and the outdoor seating is plentiful

We love this Biergarten and are lucky to live close by and go often. I have had a variety of their dishes and all have been good. Their website has the menu in English and they have an English menu at the restaurant. The Nizza Salad is good, as are all their Flammkuchen. But my favorite dish is the Bergsteiger Schnitzel. I have found it at a few places in town, it is coated with mustard and horseradish before fried which gives it the best flavor. My kids and husband love it as well. Top it off with some of the nicest service in all of Munich (all the staff speaks good English and they are very patient with my terrible German) and we are hard pressed these days to go anywhere else.

A lovely local beer garden with friendly service, delicious food and quiet outdoor seating area. The 'Swabian' Pan Spätzle is an absolute must. Having visited many areas around Bavaria this is a hidden gem. It's reasonably priced and worth the trip to escape the tourist heavy central beer houses. Close to the underground (U6) and easily accessable by bus. Set in an idyllic square with local shops.
