Unfortunately we didn't get a family room despite promises. There were very few things in the double room on the maternity ward. No replacement underpants, no wet wipes... Baby clothes are rarely washed, the bed totally uncomfortable, etc. A star was deducted for that. The nurses at the maternity ward were friendly except for two that you'd rather not get to know. But I don't deduct any points for that because the other nurses and midwives were just great.
No parking around the house, I found that inconvenient and a shame.

Tolle Entbindungsklinik!! Die Geburtshilfe ist einfach top! Kein wunsch bleibt offen und die Geburt wird zu einer schönen Erinnerung.
Leider bekamen wir kein Familienzimmer trotz versprechen. Im Doppelzimmer auf der Wochenstation waren sehr wenige Sachen vorhanden. Keine ersatzunterhosen, keine Feuchttücher... Babyklamoten werden nur selten gewaschen, das Bett total unbequem usw. Dafür einen Stern abgezogen. Die Schwestern an der Wochenstation waren freundlich bis auf zwei die man lieber nicht kennenlernen möchte. Dafür ziehe ich aber keine punkte ab da die anderen Schwestern, sowie Hebammen einfach super gewesen sind.
Keine Parkmöglichkeiten um das Haus herum, das fand ich umständlich und schade.
Das Essen war gut.

Also ich war gestern dort weil ich einen Verdacht auf einen Blasensprung hatte.
1. Mals wurde ich richtig unfreundlich im Kreissaal empfangen und wurde echt herzlos behandelt. Am Ende hat sich herausgestellt dass ich keinen Blasensprung hatte aber trotzdem zur Uniklinik soll weil ich anscheinend regelmäßige wehen hätte was ich selbst aber weder gemerkt noch verstanden habe. Die Arztassestin hat mir ein Gefühl von Angst gegeben dass etwas passieren könnte wenn ich die Uniklinik nicht sofort besuchen würde. Gut dann verabschiedete ich mich um in die Uniklinik zu fahren. Die Arztassistentin und die Hebamme haben nicht mal mehr den Kopf gehoben als ich gegangen bin um sich von mir gescheit zu verabschieden. Das einzigste freundliche Personal war die Dame an der Rezeption am Eingangsbereich.
Als ich schließlich in der Uniklinik ankam haben die mich schon viel herzlicher und freundlicher empfangen und ich habe mich schon viel wohler gefühlt. Mit mir war auch anscheinend alles okay und ich durfte wieder nach Hause. Ich hätte es im Gefühl dass alles okay sei und fühle mich bisher immer noch Top.

Anscheinend sollte das nur eine Lehre gewesen sein dass ich auf keinen Fall in der St. Hedwig Klinik entbinden werde !!!
So kalt und düster möchte ich mein Kind nicht auf die Welt bringen.

Es ist eine tolle Klinik. Tolle und kompetente Ärzte. Super kompetente und freundlichen hebammen. Ich muss sagen das komplette Personal (Pforte, Sekretariat, Wochenstation, Kantine) ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben. Und man wird super beraten.
Das Zimmer war top und sauber. Die baby Klamotten sind niedlich.
Essen: Es gibt Frühstücksbuffet und Abendbuffet. Man kann sich die Beine vertreten und essen was man mag. Speisesaal ist traumhaft schön. Mittagessen wird ins Zimmer gebracht.

Es gibt nur zwei negative Punkte. Zu einem die Parkplatz situation. Und zu anderen die Väter (oder sonstige Begleitung) im Kreißsaal kommen zu kurz was Bequemlichkeit angeht. Es gibt im Zimmer meist nur ein hocker ohne lehne und die anlehnmöglichkeiten sind auch begrenzt.
