Tans Bäckerei ist top! Und vor dem persönlichen Weg + Ehrgeiz und vor allem der Qualität der Backwaren von Taner Karadagli zolle ich absoluten Respekt. Das beste Brot in Mannheim - inzwischen an drei Standorten in der Stadt. Die Verkäuferinnen immer super freundlich und der Laden top gepflegt. Auf die täglich verschieden wechselnden und extrem leckeren Brotsorten kann man sich gut einstellen und sie problemlos über die Website vorbestellen. Die Brote halten sich immer viele Tage im Brotbeutel frisch. Bei mir hat noch NIE ein Brot von Tans geschimmelt. Die Öffnungszeiten von 12 - 19 Uhr sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Tan ist eben kein "Frühstücksbäcker" und auch kein richtiger Kuchenbäcker, sorry Taner, dass wirst du verschmerzen:-) Er ist dafür schlichtweg der beste Brotbäcker den wir in Mannheim haben!
