The service is very courteous and friendly. The rooms are cleaned every day and towels are changed daily if you like. The interior is getting on in years and could be modernized, my room had a bathtub with shower wall.

The venue is very comfortable with plenty of space for large groups. On-site catering/service is wonderful, and restaurants onsite for individual meals as needed. I work in IT, so WiFi is huge consideration for event planning and the hotel was able to accommodate free, fast network access for presenters and all attendees with no bandwidth issues.

Convenient lodging option. Comfortable rooms, decent dining options, and friendly staff. A bit far from the city centre but there's public transport to be in 7 minutes at the main station.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms. No Kitchen. Near to Rewe. Ideal for short stays and relax. Have Sauna, other than restaurant and Garage. Flat screen LED TVs. Double Bed rooms, small bar Fridge in room, good hiegene and cleanliness. Near to Rhein River and John Deere Factory, Mannheim.

The stay with them for 9 days was great. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and spoke good English, and Daniel, the mixologist, was a great guy to hang out with in the evenings!

If you need internet stay away from this place!!! I payed 110 euro's for my room, used internet for 10 minutes, pop up comes up asking to pay 17 euros for every 200MB (that is about 15 minutes on Youtube). Who gave this people 4 stars rating when the internet is not even included in your room?!!!
Sink was blocked in my room and the hair dryer was broken as well.

We went there for christmas lunch, which is a la carte. The food and drinks are fine. There are not to many options but also vegetarian is available.
