We ordered through Liferando. The first minus - it was impossible to see the ingredients of the dishes, such as what is included in the salad. It turns out that you place an order blindly.

2. Shipping
Instead of the stated 35-60 minutes, the delivery took more than 2.5 hours. First, the courier broke the wheel, than the manager explained the delay, what else can be understood. Then another hour he searched for the address by geolocation, which we sent him. Also, the courier spoke very little German and did not speak English, we literally had to look for him ourselves.

3. Food quality
Obviously, after 2.5 hours the food arrived cold, but this is not the biggest problem. Wings and nuggets were overcooked and they were obviously semi-finished products that you can buy in any supermarket. Half of the chicken was just awful, it's weathered and stale meat that was just poured with a bunch of sauce to kill the taste. Photos are attached.

It's a shame that the Sunday dinner, which not only cost 49 euros (12 euros of which is delivery !!!), but also turned out to be just awful.

If I could put 0 stars, I would. I do not recommend to anyone.

2. Доставка
Вместо заявленных 35-60 минут, доставка ехала больше 2,5 часов. Сначала курьер пробил колесо, чем менеджер объяснила задержку, что ещё можно понять. Потом ещё час искал адрес по геолокации, которую мы ему отправили. Также курьер очень плохо говорил по немецки и не говорил по английски, нам буквально пришлось его самим искать.

3. Качество еды
Очевидно, что спустя 2,5 часа еда уже приехала холодной, но эта не самая большая проблема. Крылышки и наггетсы были пережаренные и это явно были полуфабрикаты, которые можно купить в любом супермаркете. Половина курицы была просто ужасной, это обветренное и залежавшееся мясо, которое просто полили кучей соуса, чтобы перебить вкус. Фото прилагаются.

Очень обидно, что воскресный ужин, который мало того что обошёлся в 49 евро (12 евро из которых - доставка!!!), так ещё и оказался просто ужасным.

Если бы можно было поставить 0 звёзд, я бы так и сделала. Никому не рекомендую.

Furchtbar! Vorsicht vor Fake Rezensionen auf Lieferando! Das war nicht frisch und warm schonmal garnicht. Billigste verarbeitet. Sorry- Pommes waren zu kurz in der fritte. Brötchen sind in sich zerfallen, chickenburger war nicht crunchy. Angus beef burger war vermutlich kein angus und auch nicht mehr als Metro- Produkt. Soßen waren lieblos und auf garkeinen fall selbstgemacht. Das beste an der Lieferung war fast die Cola. Die kam in einer geschlossenen Dose- leider nicht wirklich kalt.
Qualität kenne ich anders.
