I was in Viernheim for four weeks for training and was looking for affordable accommodation during the week. Eventually I found Montago and got in touch. Communication was consistently friendly and professional. So I booked my room there. I quickly received confirmation and the combination for a key safe from which I received my room key. I liked the fact that I had little contact, in Corona times you should avoid too many contacts. The accommodation is housed in an old barracks which is strategically located. On the one hand, the motorway runs right by the house (but you don't notice it with the windows closed) and just across the street is the Kurpfalz-Center where you really get everything you need for your daily needs. About the rooms: in the first and last week I got a room on the top floor. Not too small, functional and clean (I check the cleanliness with a UV light). Small bathroom with toilet and shower, TV, table, two chairs, full-size refrigerator, dresser, closet and bed. The bed big enough for wide and long people. Here's a small point of criticism. I assume that the bedding contains synthetic filling because I was often sweaty in the mornings. In the middle two weeks I was given a handicap room on the ground floor. This was of course considerably more spacious and also contained a couch and a coffee table. Here, however, the blackout option was forgotten, so I had to help myself with blankets hung in front of the windows. Otherwise there is a common room that I largely avoided due to the corona, except to prepare my food in one of the three kitchenettes. There is also a covered barbecue area in front of the house, which I didn't use either, but some craftsmen who lived there at the same time did. Due to relatively rigid house rules, there are no excessive noises on site and it is also fairly quiet in the house from 10 p.m. at the latest. I would especially like to thank the on-site team who went out of their way to answer my questions and solve problems. I would be very happy to come back there again should my work require it.

Zuallererst sollte gesagt sein das vier Sterne eine sehr gute Bewertung ist. Fünf Sterne bekommen bei mir nur außergewöhnlich hervorragende Locations.
Ich war für vier Wochen zur Einarbeitung in Viernheim und suchte eine bezahlbare Unterkunft für unter der Woche. Irgendwann fand ich Montago und nahm Kontakt auf. Die Kommunikation war durchgängig freundlich und professionell. Also buchte ich dort mein Zimmer. Ich bekam zügig eine Bestätigung und die Kombination für einen Schlüsselsafe aus dem ich meinen Zimmerschlüssel erhielt. Ich mochte es das ich wenig Kontakt hatte, in Coronazeiten sollte man ja allzuviele Kontakte vermeiden. Die Unterkunft ist in einer alten Kaserne untergebracht welche aber strategisch äußerst günstig liegt. Zum einen läuft die Autobahn direkt am Haus enlang (wovon man aber bei geschlossenem Fenster nichts mitbekommt) und gerade auf der anderen Straßenseite ist das Kurpfalz-Center wo man wirklich alles notwendige für den täglichen Bedarf bekommt. Zu den Zimmern: in der ersten und letzten Woche bekam ich ein Zimmer im Dachgeschoß. Nicht zu klein, funktional und sauber (ich schaue mit UV Licht nach dem Sauberkeitszustand). Kleines Badezimmer mit WC und Dusche, Fernseher, Tisch, zwei Stühle, Full-Size-Kühlschrank, Kommode, Schrank und Bett. Das Bett groß genug auch für breite und lange Menschen. Hier ein kleiner Kritikpunkt. Ich vermute das das Bettzeug Synthetikfüllung enthält denn ich war morgens häufig verschwitzt. In den mittleren zwei Wochen erhielt ich ein behindertengerechtes Zimmer im Erdgeschoß. Dieses war naturgemäß erheblich geräumiger und enthielt noch zusätzlich eine Couch und einen Couchtisch. Hier allerdings hat man die Verdunklungsmöglichkeit vergessen so das ich mir mit vor die Fenster gehängten Decken helfen musste. Ansonsten gibt es einen Gemeinschaftsraum den ich coronabedingt weitestgehend gemieden habe, außer um mir an einer der drei Küchenzeilen mein Essen zuzubereiten. Zudem gibt es einen überdachten Grillplatz vor dem Haus den ich aber auch nicht genutzt habe, sehr wohl jedoch einige Handwerker die zeitgleich dort wohnten. Durch eine relativ rigide Hausordnung kommt es vor Ort auch zu keinen Lärm-Exzessen bzw. ist es spätestens ab 22 Uhr auch ziemlich ruhig im Haus. Besonders möchte ich mich bei dem Vor-Ort-Team bedanken welche sich sehr bemühten meine Fragen zu beantworten und Probleme zu lösen. Sehr gerne werde ich, sollte es meine Arbeit erfordern, dort wieder einkehren.
