The staff are great and very accommodating. The food and other amenities are good as well. However, the floors in the rooms need a major replacement. They are long pass cleaning. This was the first time in years I worn shoes in a hotel due to how suspect the floors were. Also, no refrigerator or microwave in room as well. Finally, the rooms were very stuffy. Kids cough all night ( I believed the carpet was the culprit), and the AC doesn't cool really well.

There was no soap in the room instead shower gel was put to be used.
For my 3 day stay only one bottle of water is complimentary! I would not make my customers dissatisfied just for one bottle of water per day.

My room was quite old but clean. Staff was helpful and very kind. The location was perfect for us. Everything in a few minutes walking distance

Very good hotel! The personal is very pollite, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was very delicious. And the garden at the backyard is wonderfull.

Very welcoming and friendly service. Comfortable rooms which are clean and safe in these days. The check-in was extremely helpful with the paperwork that is required now and provided us with guidance to find a great dining out experience. Well recommended by me.

Nice and elegant place! Friendly staff, equipment in the big room includes kettle and desk, phenomenal breakfast (only thing which I missed a bit was sweet pastry like croissants/muffins), but otherwise still very decent choice not only for business trip :) full recommendation

Room are spacious, bathrooms a bit less :-)
Breakfast is definitely not convenient considering it is on the expensive side - it is kept in this way because in many business tariffs, e.g. Amadeus, it is included and tax-wise more convenient for companies; however, if you can get a lower tariff and get a lump reimbursement, or simply not travelling for business, there are lots of bakeries and breakfasts places at walking distance including in the beautiful Paradeplatz. Breakfast is not that nice here anyway.
Personnel is very friendly and helpful and generally the price is in line with the service and the other hotels nearby. Position is very convenient to visit the Quadrat and harbour. Would recommend.
