I was here for an extended trip, and enjoyed my stay. Specifically, the Staff were always nice and helpful. The staff in the restaurant were quite welcoming (including S. Schindler; others were also nice to interact with, but I forget their names at the moment). The staff at reception were also always helpful (again, I forget their names at the moment, but everyone I interacted with was helpful). Will come back again next time I visit Mannheim. Thanks to all!

We had a nice stay with the pool, sauna and very charismatic bar staff being the highlights. The place is a bit dated and the house keeping staff were a bit over-zealous but not a bad spot if you want to stay right in the centre of town.

No room available despite having confirmed booking. Rebooked to another Leonardo hotel at same cost but with no pool. Avoid this one if you like well-run hotels and competent administration.

What a dissaster!
First they didnt gove mw the room because my reservation wasnt on their computer so i booked a room again from anoter app and again nothing the receptionist wasnt helpful at all he said to wait an hour that maybe my reservation would show later???? so i cancelled everything and took a room directly from the hotel paid went to the elevator waited for about 5 minutes with another customera from the hotel, the elevator wasnt working so i went to check with reception who was only 4m away and the guy said ohh sorry i forhot to tell you the elevators dont work from reception!!! So we walked to the 4th floor because the stairway was on totally other side of the building. I pert the hotel the same day

One night as I was in my Hotel room, I saw a rat in the room and it ran. It was lost in the room and they gave us another room to stay in. Overall the Hotel is good but that was a disgusting experience to experience and it says a lot about the hotel cleanliness.

Great hotel, large room, comfortable bed, modern bathroom, central. With pool and sauna.

Update: we stayed here again this year, and it was still a good experience, but not quite as positive as last year. Staff was less friendly, breakfast not as tasty, the lift to the pool was broken so had to take the stairs, and Sauna was not open at all times. The room was still comfy and spacious, though a bit dark. Location is great.

Good hotel, good breakfast and very friendly staff. The only negative point is parking that is a public one and not connect with hotel.
