In front of me was a couple who helped themselves to the sweets and tried them without paying, only to find out that you can't pay €16 with €200 bills and didn't have a card with you either. The lady was addressed cheekily with "du", disrespectful and she still behaved quite politely.
I think the customers are bad, such behavior... you can only shake your head.

I felt well served, hence four stars. And the chocolates taste great ;-)

Ich war heute im Hussel in O2/1. Die angestellte Dame war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die vielleicht schlechte Laune, die manche Rezession ihr nachsagt, kann ich ihrerseits durchaus verstehen. Vor mir war ein Pärchen welches sich an den Süßigkeiten bediente und sie probierte ohne bezahlt zu haben, um dann festzustellen, dass man 16€ nicht mit 200€ Scheinen zahlen kann und auch keine Karte dabei hatte. Die Dame wurde frech mit "Du" angesprochen, respektlos und sie verhielt sich trotzdem noch recht höflich dafür.
Ich finde eher die Kundschaft schlimm, solch ein Verhalten...da kann man nur den Kopf schütteln.

Ich habe mich gut bedient gefühlt, daher auch vier Sterne. Und die Pralinen schmecken super ;-)
