Really poor customer support and services.
I bought 2 crayfish with 1 day express shipping. Because they had a bug on their servers, it was replaced with DHL standard. It arrived in 3 days, one cray dead (1800 km on road with negative degrees outside, instead of airplane). They only offered me a 60 euros voucher, while the dead cray + express shipping is 92 euros. So I had to pay another 32 euros from my pocket to order a new cray! Why should I suffer a loss because they were incapable of offering what I paid for? I just accepted because I waited a long time to get these crayfish and I was inpatient to get it. But I was ready to complain to the EU customer protection.
It's been 3 days already and they still haven't sent it. Besides that, it takes at minimum half a day to get any reply from them. That goes for Whatsapp, for Facebook or email it's even longer.
