I am new in the city, I received a Gutschein for a bread in Grimminger. I went there today to use it and the lady who attended me was totally unpleasant to me, like I was stealing! She didn't even ask me if I wanted something more, didn't even do eye contact with me, and not bitte after I said thank you, she started attending someone else instead. I had to ask her again to continue my order.
And it's like, hey the Gutschein is from your company, if you have a problem with it blame your boss, not your customers. Totally unrespectful, now I won't buy there again.
