What an awesome crossfit box. With knowledgeable coaches, a fully equipped gym, and a friendly community, I'd recommend training there any day of the week.

Well... „People buy people first“. When you take the first step into the box, you will be warmly welcomed by one of the trainers. You get a first impression of how nice and professional everyone is. I was allowed to come for a trial session, a few times and quickly realized that I wanted to be part of the team. The training sessions are varied and the trainers take time for you, every time you’ve got a question. Come and see for yourself - you will not regret it!

Great box! We enjoyed a couple of drop ins with excellent coaching. The whole team makes you feel welcome and the programming and the offered classes and events are one of the best judged by the WODs we participated and exploring the webpage. Thanks for having us, we'll come back!

I was in Mannheim for business. Dropped in on a Saturday, and it was fantastic!!!! Everyone was amazing and introduced themselves. I was a little nervous since I speak 0 German, but a few of the members were kind enough to translate for me when the coach gave instructions in German. Had a great workout with some really great people. The community here is awesome.

I've visited several other Crossfit gyms in my travels and this was by far one of the best ones I've had the pleasure to workout in.

I joined this gym in the summer of 2017 after I moved to Germany from the US. At the time, I could speak no German but the coaches and the members welcomed me to the gym with open arms. They all always took care to ensure I understood the WOD and would explain things to me in English. This box really helped me to feel at home in Germany. I love the workouts which are challenging but achievable (and scalable!). I highly recommend this gym to anyone moving here or just visiting. I will miss this box so much! Danke CFRN!
