Very cozy (cramped), chic boho cafe in Schwetzingerstadt. Reservations for breakfast on weekends is a must or get there when they open to grab a table. This place is super tiny. However, attention to detail, cool deco, is marvelous, using mirrors to make space bigger than it is. There's a mini terrace and some out-front seating, great on a summer afternoon to enjoy an ice cream (in winter cake) or pomegranate-infused sparkling water.
My faves are fresh-pressed orange juice and yogurt with fruit. But be warned, breakfast is not cheap. Large Lido breakfast, 2 hot chocolate, cappuccino, f-p o.j., yogurt and croissant set us back €45.
Not really kid-friendly, no space for buggies (or wheelchairs), except out front, but I take my toddler there for brekkie and stop by many afternoons.
