Good and centrally located, but i just had a horrible experience with bathroom. It need to be renovated.

The staff at the hotel were just amazing!
They were very helpful and kind.
I needed to practice my presentation for a congress, so I kindly requested for a place I could practice. The staff were kind enough to spare the conference hall at the hotel, additionally gave me a laptop and a projector and even set-up.
I am very grateful.

The refurbished rooms are fantastic! The best ive stayed at in Mannheim. The restaurant desperately needs a better menu. Ribs, chicken, pasta.... some of the things that should be on there. There was only 1 thing on the menu i liked.
Great staff and hotel. Recommended

The location is within walking distance of several restaurants and the water tower, but there are more convenient options in town. Rooms are generally okay, but I've had wifi issues and a problem with the shower suddenly turning off and then back on at extreme heat. Staff are friendly, and breakfast is about average. Overall, a comfortable stay but not high quality.

Great rooms, well appointed, good location. REALLY crappy coffee in rooms. Pictures are very misleading, only instant coffee was provided in room. Buying one cup at the brunch area was €2,70. Full Breakfast is additional €18/person per night. Everything else was great, but not being able to start your day with a decent cup of coffee was extremely disappointing.

As usual, polite and professionally staff, quality service. Hotel has been recently renovated rooms too, but rooms are still a bit outdated, just needs that one little touch for 5 stars.
