Amazing food; our complements to the chef! Quality ingredients and excellent flavors; none overdone.
In the back there is an amazing, tranquil garden.
Also many fine products for sale.

We had a nice dinner here, but a few things took some joy off the general feeling.
The food was very good, the Spanish pizza was the highlight, with a great combination of beef, cheese and marmalade, the giant ravioli were unique and the pasta with beef was well made, but besides the pizza which was fairly priced at 12,00 the other dishes were overpriced to our taste, considering portions and all in all worth.
Wine glass at 10,00 was also somewhat exaggerated, so had those prices were 10-20% lower, we'd find it more adequate.
Service was partly professional, by one (seem to be main) waiter, but a secondary waiter has served food touching it with his fingers, which is practically unacceptable...
Atmosphere is pleasant, décor is vivid and vintage style.
Reservation is advised, in case you want the upper restaurant.

Food was good but didn’t blow us away. Outside garden location is nice and blankets are handed out. Service is average at max, waiters inattentive and food is not being explained.

An overall very positive experience - highly recommended! At a very nice cozy street in central Lübeck.

Menu selection is regular size, but there is something for many tastes - even a good vegan option, alongside the more traditional fish and meat based dishes. Wine selection is also worth mentioning.

Staff is very service minded and alert. There is an option between a regular restaurant area and smaller cabinets.

I was here twice in the last couple of weeks, first for dinner, then for lunch. Both times the food was great, the service friendly and attentive.

The best of the best Italian food, very good and friendly staff. We will definitely come back here. The food was fantastic (anti pesto and sea food pasta), but just to mention something that can be improved, the desserts were a bit plain, not bad, but it could be better. Cocktails were very good as well and the place is very cozy.

We came into this restaurant spontaneously and were shown a table out on the back patio by a tied up dog which then snapped at us twice when we tried to reach the seats. We asked if we could switch to another and were allowed. Later we saw it was his owner's table (the dog clearly lives there with a padded wine barrel on it's side as a house) Why we were led there is a question. No menues were given but we were instructed to use our phones to get the menue from the bar code taped to the table top. We ordered and were served a dinner that tasted good. During the meal the noise of an amplified doorbell rang through the courtyard often and the dog barked some of the time. We ended up having to wait a good half hour for the dessert part of one person's menue order - we asked about it 3x with the waiter just nodding in response unconcerned. He was not busy but sipping wine with other people from the restaurant- at one point all toasting something but mostly hanging around not doing anything. We had requested to get our bread and cheese platter wrapped up to finish back at the hotel but due to the delay with the dessert ( braised goat cheese) all just went to bed. This was our first meal out in since covid, the people we were with were our oldest friends visiting from the US who we were showing my husband's home town to and as we do not normally go out to eat at all was hoping for an enjoyable evening. I have never written a review before but was so dismayed by the experience (and frankly still steamed up the next morning ) that I am doing it now. To top it off as we payed the now released dog came over and peed on the plants half a meter from our seats. Any of these events alone would have been ok but together they made for a negative experience.
