My partner and I stayed at the hotel while on vacation in Luebeck. We were very impressed by the service and the quality of the rooms. The hotel is a beautiful building with lovely decor and ambiance. Staff attention to our needs was outstanding. They truly went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The breakfast variety was broad and of good quality. Thoroughly recommend this place.

Very nice hotel with perfect location. Good service and a very good breakfast. Nice and clean and easy to find with parking outside the hotel.

Only a short walk to the old City Centre. Ok rooms and breakfast. I miss a bar for a night cap. You could buy something in the reception, but not all of the reception staff would do it.

Parking garage costs 11€ per day but if you pay for it, it doesn't mean that you get a lot. They just give out more lots than they have.
Check in takes ages if you're a larger group or someone is in front of you - processes are really slow.
Employee's answers to every question is "no" unless you can convince them of the opposite. Overall most employees are kinda grumpy.
Rooms are average three star - it's fine. Location is very central and close to the Holsten Tor and old town. Breakfast buffet is good.

A great hotel very close to the Bus and Central Station of Lübeck. Rooms were very clean and excellent reception service. The main city is 400 m away. The breakfast service was excellent. We would highly recommend this place for stay.

The service of this place was worth 5 stars! But unfortunately the hard beds, lack of amenities and and elevator with restricted hours and access makes this hotel a 4 star experience. If you have mobility issues you shouldn't stay here alone as the elevator only goes to the 3rd floor, and there are more floors. The elevator was hilariously small as well. But the personnel here is outstanding!
