I booked a Suite at Klassik Altstadt Hotel Lübeck last minute on a road trip earlier this month, September 2022. The booking was easy. However I did not know the front desk closes at 19:00. I was still a few cities away and wouldn't be able to make at that time. The staff called me when I didn't show up by close and made arrangements for me to get the key after hours. They saved the day for me as I had no where else to stay the night. We stayed for breakfast in the hotel the next day which was just an added perk of staying here, was delicious. The room itself was so much better than the pictures give credit, what a charming suite!! I feel I lucked out on this choice, would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Great location. Accommodating and friendly staff. Room was tiny but well priced, very comfortable and clean. Shared facilities also cleaned and well taken care of. Would stay here again.

The location of the hotel is great, the room, apart from a few points, was ok.
But what wasn't great was the handling of the hotel visitors, rarely, not even abroad experienced something so unfriendly as in this hotel! I am shocked, there are many negative points, so it would take too long and not worth the time to list them all! Does not reflect the beauty of Lübeck.

Cute, comfortable. Small rooms but tasteful and very well renovated bathrooms. It's a historical building so there's some noise between walls. Straightforward but nice breakfast (except the coffee was lacking).

A lovely and charming hotel right in the Altstadt. They serve a lovely breakfast and each room is tastefully themed.

A little cozy hotel right at the center of town. Beautiful old building, great breakfast and very friendly staff.
