This is a brilliant place to stay:
First of all, it's an historical building, northern German traditional architecture, beautifully renovated, tastefully furnished and in a great location.
All material choices, from the wooden floors to the leather sofas, all colour choices, are respectful to tradition, yet pleasantly trendy. Eventhough design played an important role, it is very inviting, very comfortable atmosphere.
We were welcomed warmly, got good advice and felt well from check in to check out. Flowers everywhere, a little patio and a nice salon/library are for common usage.
Breakfast is lovely, local, tasty and sufficient. The room (05) was roomy, comfortable, well arranged, cleverly done -
The one critic would be that the door at the room to the toilet is not isolating the space from the main area, so it only functions visually, not for the main purpose a door to.that room should be, especially when sharing a small space and it is at the bed...
