We had a wonderful family lunch here. Great ambiance and service with farm/sea to table so everything was super fresh, which is why it tasted so good!

Sehr toll!!!!! I got the recommendation from a friend who was born in Lübeck to go here.
It was the freshest shrimp I have ever had in Germany. Cooked and seasoned perfectly!
Recommended when you visit Lübeck. ????????

Super lecker. Cozy restaurant with comfortable chairs, excellent food and beer. A bit pricy but high quality food and big portion. Service is friendly and fast. Possible to pay with card

Fish dishes are well done and the house beer is good.

Honestly, I rarely write reviews but I feel morally obliged to do this one, so that other people who come to Lübeck are aware. This was fish that was extremely overpriced, for very mediocre quality - fried fish that was borderline burnt and soggy on the other side, a whole 2 euros that you had to pay to get any sauce on the side. We waited more than 30 minutes for our order to materialise. We were so disappointed by this first meal in town, and subsequently ate better fish for much cheaper elsewhere, in little stalls on the outside of the old city. Would recommend avoiding.

We tried to eat dinner on the first night but completely booked so we tried for the second night but also booked. We finally got a reservation during lunch, which was on a weekday so quite easier. Definitely book early if you wanna eat here for dinner! This is a popular place! Food is very fresh and delicious. Dining room is spacious and cozy with nice ambience and sea themed decorations that's modern and not cheesy.
