Uncomplicated hotel. Nice staff. Somewhat special building but with some of the rooms overlooking a beautiful backyard. Simple accommodation with everything you need. Quiet located in the old town. Public parking in front of the door, free at night.
Free parking on the other side of the water.

Very narrow small box room but clean. The soap empty in the room. The internet was very slow. The USB port on the TV didn’t support running a film through it - which on a rainy day in Lübeck would have been of benefit. The pillow was feather and I have an allergy to feathers so I asked the lady on reception if I could have a pillow without feathers - she told me categorically that none of their pillows in the hotel were feather - “ we changed them all two years ago” I asked her if she was sure twice and she told me “yes”. So after another night without sleep I checked the pillow and the label read - 90% Federn/10%Daunen, it was not true. Not impressed. Having said that - I visited my friends’ in room 40 and it was very large and modern with a balcony and lovely natural light. Rm 34,25,26, 27 very claustrophobic on a rainy, windy day. Hotel is in a good location for all the beautiful and historic sights of Lübeck.

It's more of a hostel in a dark far area. Didn't like it and left after half an hour because it felt so unsafe.

Die Lage des Hotels ist grandios! Von hier kann man alles notwendige bestens erreichen. Zentrumsnah und dafür doch sehr ruhig gelegen (August).
Freundliches und verständnisvolles Personal, Möglichkeit des kontaktlosen Eincheckens.
Umso bedauerlicher,dass ich mich in meinem Zimmer leider überhaupt nicht wohlfühlte. Das Badezimmer ist dermaßen renovierungsbedürftig und Größe sowie die Einrichtung bieten leider keinerlei Hotelcharme.
